Building A Safety-First Culture

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our highest priority is to ensure a safe working environment for all our clients, our people, contractors, and visitors to prevent injury or death. Our efforts are led by experienced, qualified HSE personnel who stay abreast of ever-changing regulations and industry best practices and to ensure our work meets and exceeds health and safety key performance indicators on each of our projects.

To this end, we are committed to promoting and continually improving our Health and Safety performance through employee participation, training, KPIs, and compliance.

Safety : What's Your Why?

Safety What's Your Why? was developed to empower all employees - regardless of their role or position within the company - to lead by example and be a safety leader.

Our program inspires conversations with employees, so our colleagues and teammates understand where we personally stand on safety and why we are determined in our approach to working safe all day, every day.

Safety is a collective responsibility, and this program creates a sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for safety through all levels of our organization, from front-line staff to our senior leadership. We are committed to promoting continuous improvement toward our goal of zero incidents.

Quality Management

By incorporating standardized practices for our operations, and implementing rigorous, third-party accredited and audited ISO certifications, our clients can be confident in our services.

Achieving these certifications demonstrates that we have a robust quality management system in place that is applied to anything from food preparation to accounting.

Our portfolio of ISO certifications for our ATCO Two Rivers Lodge project in Fort St. John, BC includes: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety.

We continue to develop processes to expand our ISO certifications at additional project sites.
