Who we are
Wicehtowak Frontec Services (WFS) is a partnership between George Gordon Developments Ltd. (GGDL) and ATCO Frontec Ltd. We are a majority Indigenous-owned company providing camp and support services for remote workforce housing projects. We're committed to providing opportunities for employment, skills development, subcontracting and local businesses.
GGDL is the economic development arm of the George Gordon First Nation in Saskatchewan. Their mission is to create wealth and advance their self-determination on behalf of community members through jobs, opportunity, and economic ventures.
ATCO Frontec is part of the ATCO Group of Companies, based out of Calgary, Alberta. ATCO has been providing workforce camp and accommodation services around the world for decades, delivering an exceptional home-away-from-home experience to its guests.

How do I apply for a job?

What type of work schedule can I expect?
Our positions are rotational, where you work 14 days on, and have 7 days off. While you are on rotation, your accommodations at Jansen Discovery Lodge and all meals are provided by the company.

We do have entry-level positions and encourage you to apply.

How do I get to work?
The Jansen Discovery Lodge is located approximately 165 km east of Saskatoon. Daily shuttles run from Saskatoon and Regina to site. Details will be provided to you upon hiring.
